Client’s Representative for Sakhalin Energy Investment Company Ltd (Sakhalin Island, Russia) – Client Representative in Australia for a Contract to Win and Process a Particular Sand Product in Australia for the Commissioning of onshore pipelines under the Sakhalin-2 Phase 11, Multi-Billion Dollar Project Principal’s Representative to manage the processes of the contractor in producing the required quality and volumes of special sand in Townsville, Australia and have available on a very short timeframe to export to Russia. Services including Project Management services; Inspection/testing and technical service. Inspection/testing of the sand produced by supplier. Audit testing to be NATA certified Laboratory. Managed the co-ordination for the logistics of loading vessels at the Port of Townsville and the preparation and lodgment of documentation for Australian and Russian Customs Services.
